Dance! I go out social dancing often, it's fantastic excercise and it's super fun!!! I usually go out to dance Lindy Hop but you can also social dance Swing, Balboa, Salsa, and lots more! Check out your local ballroom to see what social dances are available weekly. :D

I just want to succeed losing weight and keeping it off i need more toning on my stomach.inner thighs,and arms.everyone say's that I'm so skinny but i don't feel like it ..

I joined the bootcamp to work out 5 days a week. Check out timeoutservices.com. Its amazing and addictive and I would recommend it to everyone. And more importantly its a lot cheaper than personal training.
