I use to daily, what a difference it made in my life. but now i seem so scattered.... too much going on. I know if I just do it and keep it up I will be better at dealing with all of this stress. I miss being more centered, self assured, relaxed and less brought to the point of stressing out. I have started by just trying to attempt five minutes i have increased it to 15. Some days I get two minutes before everyone wakes up in the morning to try to atleast center myself.

Somebody please give me a verbal whack on the head ... It's hard for me to make time to meditate properly. I work 5-6 days a week & by the time I get home, cook dinner, and take care of my other priorities, it's late & I'm exhausted & feel like I'd fall asleep in lotus position if I tried to meditate for even 15 minutes. I even have a "sacred space" I use for yoga & meditation, but I haven't been motivated to make the time to do either as often as I should.

Make a special place to mediate -- it doesn`t have to be big, just clear with some inspiration. You could put in between yr path from the bathroom to the kitchen and make it a regular stop in the morning.

I started meditating by using guided meditation CD's. It seemd easier for me to meditate that way. I have 3 that I use that are about 20 min. long.
