- Invite a dear friend you do not see since a long time ago to have lunch at home during the weekend. Of course, if that friend lives near you. It is important that this happens on a Saturday, Sunday or weekend, so you can have plenty of time of getting updated.
- Call a dear person you love and say hello, expressing that you were thinking about him/her. This will make you feel wonderful, and the other very special.
- Send an e-card to your friends, co-workers, relatives, etc., just because. Make that message personalized!
- Send an e-mail to a friend or relative who lives far away from you and share what's going on with your life. Ask the other specific questions about him/her. That will not only show that you are truly interested, but that you remember particular details about him/her. That will show that for you, that person is very unique.
- Invite your dearest co-workers to have lunch together... but try not to talk about work! You'll be surprised that beyond

Amazingly, having more and more technology on our side to be and feel more communicated with others has threw us apart in so many ways, to the point that people get more and more isolated. We have cell phones, sms texts, chats, e-mails... and, paradoxically, today we get in touch with others much less than 10 years ago.

I am someone who believes that difficulties can be a real englightment and make them an authentic advantage in our ordinary habits.
