Travellers should take the Tet Festival (late January or early February) into account when planning a trip. Travel (including international travel) becomes very difficult, hotels are full and many services close down for at least a week and possibly a lot longer.

* Moisturise your entire body each morning and evening, but instead of just applying it quickly, give yourself time to really massage each area. This sends positive messages to yourself, and its a treat not just for your mind, but your body.
* Have one positive affirmation that you tell yourself in the morning such as ' I am a good, beautiful person, accepting of love and have the strength to deal with all thatcomes my way'. Repeat this throughout the day, the thoughts that you create, shape you and the world around you, so make them positive.
