to get out of this is to make myself do it.Make plans to leave the town I hate and reasonable plans.
Just say "GO FOR IT!" :):):):)
Force myself beyond the OCD.Part of the OCD was saving stuff I didn`t need.
Also getting hooked on the computer all day because it was a way of avoiding things that needed to get done.
Look at it step by step instead of one

Any time it comes up and you feel like not doing it - do it. Don't think - don't rationalize - DO.
"Stop procrastinating" is like saying "I want to eat an elephant". You do both the same way - one bite at a time.

I'm a huge procrastinator and I do it excessively. It won't be at all easy to sort out, but one step at a time I'll become more disciplined and able to focus on work and the tasks at hand!

Proscratination is a matter of priority.
You are proscratinating because you are not happy with your life, so you're looking for easy pleasure. Indentify what can make you *really* happy with life (sometimes it's hard to see, because you are not confident with yourself). Then try to organize yourself to daily accomplish this goal
