Being that I just became a member I will start doing this tonight. I know it's one of the reasons for bad teeth and breath odor - so I want to start doing this more so I won't have those issues later. Bad breath is the most embarrassing thing on earth I think. lol

One thing that has been helpful for me is keeping a calendar behind my bathroom door. I track my weight, exercise, flossing and habits I'm trying to break... (115 days of no Dr. Pepper!). It's helpful because I can see clearly when I'm letting it go too much. I'm not where I want to be yet (flossing every day) but at least it's about 3-5 days a week. Which is a great improvement over once a month!

This one is also on my list. I have since started to grab my floss every night when I'm watching CSI. It's a great way to get the job done and it doesn't even feel like a task. Some nights I don't even realize that I am flossing becuase I'm comfy on my couch, and really into my show. It worked for me :)

I am really finding this hard for some reason. I need to get into the habit of doing this every night.

If anyone has tips about how to get into the habit of flossing other than the day before you visit the dentist, I would love to hear.
