Last minute fast food stops-OUT
Meatless Mondays
Cut coffee down to 2 cups a day max
Increase Tea intake
Increase water intake
Eat Bkfast
EXERCISE ADJUSTMENTS:
Do a video tape daily (yoga booty ballet)
Go to the gym 2-3 times a week Tues/Thurs/Sunday
Walk for 20-30 minutes at work daily

1) Take a frontal and side picture of yourself wearing underwear.
2) Print it out or use a photo editing program to edit the photo to show what you want your shape to be like after you lose weight.
This will help you figure out what exercises to do and keep you motivated. Really! In just editing out my excess poundage in Photoshop I'm already excited about the day when I look like my photo!
OK now that I have said this here - I really need to follow through. Stay tuned!

-Try the "non white foods" method avoiding rice, white flour, white sugar, and other good but bad foods.
-Only eat dark chocolate, not milk or filled chocolates but don't deprive myself.
-Exercise at least 1/2 hour daily
-Only eat carrots between meals
-Don't eat when I'm not hungry and drink lots of water
-Think of this as adjusting my eating habits - NOT as a diet. Whenever I go on "diets" I eat more!
