	luvmygem says: 06/26/2007	We went in mid-September (to South Rim) and the weather was perfect. We did sort of a road trip - Flew into Las Vegas, drove to Grand Canyon, then drove to Sedona, AZ (beautiful!) then on to Phoenix and we flew home from there. It was fun to watch the countryside change. They all say to go to Hopi Point (Canyon Village, South Rim) for the spectacular sunset - we did, it was beautiful but sooo crowded! Reminiscent of watching the sunsey in Key West...The next night we drove east (there are many stops along the way) and saw an even more beautiful, definitely more peaceful, sunset. Also, helicopter ride is a must - it makes you realize exactly how BIG the Grand Canyon is!
	susiew says: 04/29/2007	If you're going in winter make sure to check the weather in advance. I went once and it was so foggy you couldn't even see the Grand Canyon standing right on the rim!
