Registration / Sign-in Questions

  • How do I create my life list?
    • The first step is to sign up.
    • From there you can quickly add popular goals, browse people's lists, and search our idea database such as for travel ideas.
    • Click add button to instantly copy an idea to your list. Add new ideas a few at a time or individually from the idea bar, at the top of every page:
      add idea

  • Is my information private?
You can choose whether your About Me page is public and which of your goals (if any) are public. Please be aware that anyone on the Internet can see your About Me pages, not only signed in members.

The SuperViva Member Service team cannot see your Private goals. We really want them to be private!

  • Do you encrypt passwords?
Yes we do encrypt passwords. Your password is stored scrambled, so that only you know what it is.

  • Are there age restrictions for using SuperViva?
Yes. Please read the Terms of Service.

About the Interests Directory
  • How do I find ideas using the Interests directory?

    • First click a keyword (tag) on the Interests tab such as Travel.
    • You see a list of ideas. Then if you want to home in on more specific themes, click a category listed next to "Refine by." You will see keyword tags appear in a box below every time you click a category. That means there are ideas that have both the first keyword you clicked and the second.
    • You can keep clicking to add keywords - which continually shortens the list of matching goals - until you find ideas you like.
    • Then you can add them to your life list either by clicking the add idea button or add idea button. Or you can click the idea which takes you to the Goal Support page. There you see an Add to My Life List link.

  • Where do the ideas in the Interests Directory come from?

  • People just like you! When you add Public Ideas to your life list, you can add Topic Keywords. Those are the keywords that index ideas in the Interest Directory. We hope you'll inspire others by adding Topic Keywords to get your great ideas out there. (Keywords also help you as you can also navigate your life list by topic. Here are some examples.)

Adding Goals to Your Life List

These instructions help you enter your own list of goals. You can also click any idea you find on SuperViva to add it to your list.

Note we use "idea" and "goal" interchangeably even though a goal is technically something you've set your mind to do along with a plan.

Step 1: Enter your goal in the "Idea Bar."

add idea

Goals can be anything you want to do, learn, or experience. Start with a lower case verb like (try, learn, buy, see, visit, etc.) Browse the site for examples.

  • Selecting a "Similar" Idea
    • If similar ideas are shown (based on word matches), you can either continue with the one you started with or click to select one of the similar ones. Why select a similar idea?
      • You join a supportive community of people who want to do the same thing.
      • It's fast, as the person who first added it filled out all the public info (described below).
    • If the wording of a similar idea isn't exactly what you were thinking, feel free to add a new one. (Go back to California and Go to California do have different meanings!)

  • Adding a New Goal

  • Please review our Content Guidelines before adding any Public Ideas.

    • First choose an Idea Sharing privacy option:

      • Public - This means anyone on the Internet can search for and find this idea.

Choose carefully: Once you add a goal marked Public you can only have it removed from our search by contacting us. So please make sure to only pick this option for ideas that you want to share and that you think other people will be interested in.

      • Public but Anonymous - Your User ID will not be associated with this idea. The goal will not appear on your About Me page, if your page is set to Public. "Anonymous" appears on the Goal Action Space page, instead of your User ID. This is a way you can share your good ideas to help others, but hide the fact that you want to do it. You are still bound by the terms of service and content guidelines. If necessary we will cancel accounts of members that abuse this feature to submit inappropriate content. So please be nice! Next to goals with this setting, you will see this icon: Public goal that hides your name

      • Private / Personal Indication this is a private goal - The goal is added only to your life list, for your eyes only. This type of goal is indicated by a lock icon on your list: Indication this is a private goal (This option lets you use SuperViva to track everything you want to do in your life.)

      • If you chose a "similar idea" - You can check the "Anonymous" box if you don't want anyone to know you want to do this. (Your User ID will not appear on the Goal Action Space page and the goal will not appear on your About Me page. You will see the Public goal that hides your name icon on your life list.

    • Options for Public Ideas:

      • Racy Idea - You can submit Public Ideas of an adult nature that follow our guidelines. The "red light" icon will appear next to the goal: red light adults only icon
      • Photo (optional) - If you want to share a photo you have taken or that is in public domain (i.e., no copyrightor attribution needed). Photos appear on the Goal Support pages as fun visuals.

        Example:

Step 2: Add Keywords and Add to Lists (optionally)

  • Topic Keywords have 2 purposes: 1) The keywords (sometimes called tags) help you organize and find goals using your life list Topic Browser (more info/examples). 2) For your Public Goals, your keywords will help other members when browsing our Interests Directory.

"This idea's topic keywords" - If you are adding a goal that was an existing Public Idea you can see keywords added originally but not add your own. However you can add your goal to one of your lists.

  • Goal List Groups - You will likely want to track and organize your goals using phrases meaningful only to you. My Lists lets you do this. You can make lists using keywords. For example a "my legacy" keyword on everything you want to leave behind will let you get to all those goals with 1 click.

  • Life Balance keywords - We love this feature. It lets you categorize what parts of your life dimension a particular goal affects, a principle promoted by luminaries like Steven Covey and Dr. Phil. You can then browse your life list to find goals that relate to particular areas you might want to focus on, such as family and health. It's up to you to decide what fits where. One person's spiritual experience might be another's run-of-the-mill activity.

organize the goal

On your life list you can then browse by life dimensions:

(Optional) Step 3: Make a private goal action plan

  • If you're in planning mode you can set your priority, target dates to accomplish your goal etc. This is for your eyes only! You can add to or edit your Goal Action plans by clicking a goal name on your life list.

Questions about Adding Goals

  • Why should I make my goal a "Public Idea?"
We hope SuperViva becomes the best place to get ideas for things to do in your life. Sharing your ideas will help other people. Of course you should not publicize anything you want to keep private or that's only relevant to you. But imagine coming to a site where you can type in "mountain" and get tons of cool ideas related to your top interest.

  • How does copying ideas or lists work?
    • Copied goals are added as Public to your list. You can make individual goals Anonymous on your Action Plan page, by clicking the goal title on your list.
    • An idea's keywords added along with the idea to your life list.

  • Can I suggest new keywords and categories?
Yes please do. We'll continually try to improve our keywording (tagging) options and your input is very valuable.

  • What are the content restrictions for Public Ideas and comments/tips?
Please see our guidelines and terms of service. Basically ideas that are illegal, defamatory, offensive, harmful, or include non-celebrity real people's names need to be Private Personal Goals.

Using Your Life List

When you are signed into SuperViva, as you add goals you will see a Life List Snapshot at the left on some pages. This is for your quick reference and to spark related ideas of things to do.

All of your goals are saved to your life list, on the My List tab. It's up to you whether you add due dates and priorities, or if you simply compile a list of things you want to do. Either way, writing down your intention always helps things happen!

Types of Goal Status
  • The Active tab shows newly added goals. New goals appear at the top of the list.
    • To sort your list: Click the column headings.
    • To add planning details or edit the goal wording: Click the goal title. Settings such as priority, cost range and target date help you plan. This information is private, for your eyes only.
  • To change goal status check the box next to one or more goals, then click the dropdown menu.
  • The Backburner tab is a way you can "set" goals aside that you may want to re-visit in future years. Or, perhaps you want to see goals you had in the past as you change over time.
  • The Done tab tracks your completed your goals and experiences.
  • tip iconTip: Add important past accomplishments and experiences and mark them done so you have a nice compendium of your life.

Types of Goals (Icons) In the Type column you may see various icons:
  • Indication this is a private goal Padlock: This indicates it's a Private Personal Goal, only visible by you.
  • Public goal that hides your name Globe = Make Me Anonymous : This indicates a Public Goal that you added for which 1) it says "Anonymous" instead of your name on the Goal Support page and 2) which will not appear on your About Me page.

Wondering why this is the only option on one of your Goal Action Plans? Get the answer here.

  • Adult oriented goal Red light: "Adult-oriented" ideas, appropriate for members over 18. (Get it, right light?)

Recording Private Memory Notes

Add a Private Memory as a quick note to remember things that happened that may not have been "goals." For example: people you met; favors done to you or that you did; and interesting coincidences. These notes are always private. These are posted on the Done tab. Seeing these memories in a "line item" format is a great way to compile all the little day to day events that make up our lives!

Life List Questions

  • Is my life list public?
First, information about you is public only if your About Me page is displayed publicly. By default when you sign up, your About Me page is displayed. You can change this in My Account. You can hide some goals and display others. We did this to give you lots of flexibility in being able to share some things about you while hiding others that you want to keep private.

  • For goals displayed on my About Me page, can everyone see my personal details (priority, cost, etc)?
No. Only the 1 line goal title is displayed.

  • What should I put on my life list?
Anything you want! Think of it as an "ala carte menu" of things to do in your life. (But keep in mind that Public Goals need to follow our Content Guidelines.) SuperViva is ideal for planning goals that will make a difference in your life, as well as jotting down Notes to Self about memorable events that happened. It's not designed to be a daily to do list.

  • How do I prioritize my goals?

You can prioritize in a couple of ways:

    1) When you click My List there is a green bar next to the Active/Backburner/Done tabs. There's a "re-number" link. You can change the order of goals that way, such as if you want your top 10 goals for the year at the top of the list. (The top 10 also appear in your RSS feeds.)
    renumber screenshot

    2) You can make a Goal Action Plan for each goal on your list, along with Priority and Date by which you want to achieve the goal.
Then when you are on the Active tab of My List, you can click the Priority column and goals will be sorted by priority.

  • How can I change a Public Goal to be Private?

  • You will see different options on your Goal Action Plans depending on the situation:

    • Possibility 1: Change Public to Private
      • You can't make it Private if other people have added it to their lists. This is because the goal is "out there" and it would be a strange experience for other members if it disappeared. However if you added an idea as public and it was a grave error, contact us so we can help you out.
    • Possibility 2: Make yourself anonymous. This makes your User ID not appear on the Goal Action Space. The goal also doesn't appear on your About Me page.
    • Possibility 3: Change Private to Public, with the option to be anonymous if you like. Use this with caution and make sure the goal meets our content guidelines.

  • How does deleting public goals work?
  • If you're the only person who has the public goal on his or her list, it gets deleted both from your list and from the SuperViva site.

If other people have added the same goal to their lists, the goal does not get deleted from the public SuperViva site. If you accidentally published an idea that was confidential that you feel must be removed from the site, please contact us.

  • Can I organize my goals into lists?
  • Yes. Either when you're adding new goals or on your Life List (My List) you can make and add list names. Simply add or remove a list name from a goal to take it on or off a list. See our tour for visual examples.

To add goals to a list (such as "Summer things"):

    1. Click the My List tab to get to your Life List.
    2. Then click the goals you want to add to a list.
    3. Select "Add to a list" from the dropdown menu.
    4. You can create new list names or click to add the goals to an existing list.

To view and print a list of goals you've grouped together.

    1. Click the list name at the left.
    2. To print the list, simply click Print.
As you can see any notes you've written for your goals can either appear, or click the Hide Notes link to hide them.

See Organize Your Goals Into Theme Lists tutorial that shows how you can organize your goals into various lists.

Sharing your Top 10 life goals with RSS feeds
RSS lets you centralize snapshots of up to date content from various popular sites on a page you commonly reference, such as My Yahoo!, a blog, or a social networking site. Here's how to get SuperViva RSS feeds .

SuperViva's RSS lets you publicize a short list of your goals on other sites such as your blog or MySpace. We also let you add "feeds" from the most popular and most recent goal lists. That way when you are on My Yahoo!, for example, you can see what's new on SuperViva without having to visit SuperViva daily.

My Account and About Me Page Questions

In My Account you manage both your basic information such as SuperViva password, as well as the information you want to appear on your public About Me page.

  • How can I hide my About Me / Public Profile page?
Go to your Account Preferences page. Scroll down and check the box to hide your About Me page. Click the Save button.
  • Can I add more details about myself?
Yes! We hope our members use SuperViva to connect with likeminded people. Go to My Account (as described above) and add whatever details you like as well as a photo. Please be aware that anyone on the Internet can see these pages, not only signed in members.
  • How can I cancel my account?
Deleting your goals and making your profile private is a great alternative to "cancelling" your account. Or send a request by email from the email address you used to register on SuperViva.

buy Viagra 100mg here buy real viagra online There are many underlying physical and psychological causes of erectile dysfunction. Reduced blood flow to the penis and nerve damage is the most common physical causes. Underlying conditions associated with erectile dysfunction include the following: Treatment Oral therapy 1 Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins, Baltimore, MD 21231 Many medical conditions result in more physical discomfort than erectile dysfunction. But ED may be as psychologically challenging as any. Coping with serious medical issues is always a challenge. It's difficult for some men to understand that ED is completely the result of an underlying physical condition, or that, even so, an act of choice alone will not cure it. They feel out of control. For a man, that's always hard. But coping with ED does not have to be just an exercise in keeping a stiff upper lip to compensate for the lack of a stiff penis. Coping with ED involves a range of actions, including getting proper diagnosis, understanding treatment alternatives and above all, being honest about the condition and potentail outcomes. Realism, is the first principle to observe in order to optimize coping with erectile dysfunction. Whatever the underlying causes - be they the consequence of recent prostate surgery or diabetes, or substantial psychological problems - denial never helps. Being sensible about the effectiveness of treatments is equally important. Pharmaceutical drugs are only about 90% effective and may also include side effects. That's a very encouraging number, but it means that 10% may need to seek other remedies such a Herbal Supplements. In a small percentage of cases there simply is no short term remedy. That's always unfortunate, but the psychological impact can be reduced only by facing facts squarely. Only on that basis can a patient deal with possible subsequent effects on one's relationships and self-esteem. Still, optimism is not only pleasant, it's also a constructive attitude for coping with ED. Far from necessarily being the choice to always live in a fantasy world, optimism can and should be based on facts. Optimism is valid when, as is usually the case these days, real options are available that encourage or produce real results. Optimism is not the same as stoicism, though the latter may be appropriate to some degree. Stoicism is simply accepting consequences as inevitable. Optimism goes beyond this and believes that good outcomes are achievable, even likely. One then has an incentive to find them, even if they're not immediately obvious or attainable. Coping with ED involves developing strategies for long term treatment, some of which may involve substantial life changes. Erectile dysfunction is more likely, the older a man becomes. That's not only because of elementary changes such as a decrease of testosterone. It's also because the possibility of disease and other conditions that can result in ED increase with age. Life is risky andgets more risky the older you become. Taking that fact into account can help develop those plans that call for significant change. Those adjustments can range from simple adjustments of diet and exercise, to opting for a different career, to embracing any of the number of typically permanent treatments such as Herbal Supplements or a prosthetic implant. They may involve adjusting one's attitude toward oneself, toward what's achievable in life and toward sex. None of those are easy adjustments. But coping with ED, like many conditions, is done best when one looks at the situation head on, then summons the courage to do what is required to achieve the desired goal. Herbal Boost(http://www.herbalboost.co.uk) promotes a range of safe, Herbal Supplements that are used as sexual enhancers to improve libido and increase sex drive.
