A Daily Blog and Book About Living by Lists

Acclaimed author Jill Smolinski recently came out with “The Next Thing On My List,” an intriguing story of fate and life lists. (I’ll let the reviews give the story away!)

Jill has also created her own interesting daily goals: She writes in her blog about a daily self-challenge: “Every day, I must DO ONE THING that’s fun…new…or that challenges me.”

I like this idea as it’s a broad bucket of the types of things which should make it easy to think of goals related to whatever mood she’s in. I personally try to learn 3 new things a day no matter how trivial. (Although I don’t count factoids about Paris Hilton as “learning.”)

Melea Seward wrote about daily self-challenge to do something impulsive every day for a year.
